LocalLeads is a lead generation platform that helps businesses discover and extract business information from publicly available sources. The Service includes search functionality, data export features, and related tools.

  • Promptly update your account information as needed

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Credits: Search credits are allocated based on your plan and reset monthly
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Send spam, unsolicited communications, or harass others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALLEADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalLeads and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LocalLeads operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
